We believe business is primarily done through relationships. We also believe business owners are often isolated in their thinking and frequently trying to make important decisions alone. 

  • Because of this, we believe that business owners need to CONNECT with all sorts of people, particularly other business owners, leaders and trusted advisors. 

  • These relationships and conversations help us LEARN and expand our thinking beyond the confines of our organization.

  • They also allow us to SHARE our wisdom with others.

  • The people we meet and the ideas we share will INSPIRE us to greater success. 

 

Many business owners and top level leaders do not participate in traditional networking events because they find these events frustrating and a waste of time.  Many of these events are open to the public and have been hijacked by pushy sales people. Often times these events are more focused on gathering business cards and a speakers agenda than building relationships. While that is great for learning and building your list of prospects, it is not great for building deeper relationships.

Balanced Leaders Connect, known as BLConnect is an invitation only event where business owners meet quarterly to build quality relationships with like-minded leaders they’ve come to know, like and trust.  

 
 
 

BLConnect is a 90 minute facilitated round table where the focus is getting to know the others at your table. During this time we will each share about ourselves, our business and discuss a common business topic in an effort to help us connect, grow and improve our business. 

 

At a BLConnect event you will be strategically seated with leaders we believe you should get to know to encourage introductions. 

 
 
 

At a BLConnect event, there is "no pushy selling" allowed. All participants are respectful and encouraging.
