Happiness, HeaLth and Hope

We believe we all need to know our unique purpose so we can live it daily, enjoying happiness and sharing our love with others.  We all need to know our core values and share them so people will understand our unique perspectives and the rules we engage each other with. When we do this, we will feel healthy.  We all need to know our personal vision and share it with others so we can have hope, inspiration and clarity of our direction and future. When we all know these things, we are equipped to be our best selves, our best teammate and our best organization.

Do what you say

Integrity is doing what you say you will do.  If we tell our clients that the Balanced Leadership Model or the Balanced Business Model is the best practice, we will have the integrity to follow it ourselves, or the honesty to share why we are not.  We honor our commitments and our word.

Be Authentic

Be your natural self.  No putting on airs or pretending.  No acting for the sake of judgement.  We have mercy on ourselves and others that life is a draft and mistakes happen.  We are courageous enough to show our true selves and merciful enough to forsake judgement in the process. We love ourselves and others wholehearted just as we are. 

WIN - WIN

We value relationships and actions that allow everyone to win. Some games are only able to be played when one person or team wins. We prefer games where everyone wins. In swimming you can come in last place and still achieve your personal best. Business works that way too. You do not have to take advantage of someone else to succeed. If all involved achieve their goals, then it is a win-win.

Be Thankful

Be appreciative and respectful of the many achievements of ourselves and others.  We reflect often on the amazing gift we have of today and are thankful if we are given another opportunity tomorrow.  We believe this gift is ours to honor and develop, nothing is owed to us. Each of us are made unique, so we are thankful for diversity and open to differing views.  Life would be pretty boring otherwise.
