The Balanced Leadership Center is a steadily growing and recognized brand with customers worldwide. Our coaching model was founded to help leaders improve the #1 problem with teams - COMMUNICATION.  

Our primary focus is helping people identify and live their purpose while honoring their core values and pursuing their personal vision.  We have built a system to create leverage and expand the reach of our message and teachings.  Share the good news and find your 12. We do this through our Balanced Leadership and Balanced Business coaching models.

Because of our commitment to keeping this pure, we are blessed with great responsibility and resources.  We are humbled to be asked to administer so much and honored to have impacted so many.  We have built a community of leaders who have adopted and willingly share what we teach.  They are raving fans whose lives have been impacted because of our message and want for others to experience the same.

The reason we are so successful and have grown so much so fast is because of the life changing results we deliver to the people we work with.  Our systems work.  It's proven.  People talk about it openly.  We share it generously.  We know how to teach it to others.  

Our Company and Culture:

Our business is centrally located in Grand Rapids MI. Our office is professional and inviting. It has a very comfortable feel. We display our key concepts on the walls for a quality and effective learning environment.

We live our three key principles.  We all follow our proven processes and we all have a coach.  We collaborate on ideas and best practices.  We are constantly pushing ourselves to improve our systems and employ new ones.  We love coming to the office because we know the energy there is uplifting, invigorating and inspiring which allows each of us to pursue our unique gifts and talents in our profession.  We feel like a family because our families are cherished and they have many opportunities to participate in company led functions and experiences.  Team work is easy because the caliber of professionalism we employ.

We work with clients all over the world.  Because of this, we are often in virtual meetings providing remote coaching and consulting.  Our offices are designed to handle remote business and our coaches are efficient with the latest tools and technology to be effective in administering this kind of service.

We offer services to all levels of business.  Businesses are vetted, qualified and assessed to ensure the best fit and recommendations.  We are very clear with each business the outcomes they can expect, what they can expect to invest and how our process works.

All who work here have an ownership mentality.  We are either direct contractors, through compensation plans tied to company success or have actual ownership.  Everyone benefits from profit sharing and is rewarded when the organization successfully achieves its goals. 

Our team is so passionate about the good news and so earnest in our commitment that we deliver way beyond what could ever be expected.  Leading this group is easy.  We live the core values and are our own self coaches.  We are so married to our process and the joy and purpose it gives to our lives that most of us would do it for free.  We don't however.  Our businesses are very successful and our staff is well compensated for their commitment and determination.  Well beyond compensation though is the gift of freedom to live a full life.  To experience balance.  Encouragement to feel all that there is to offer and a place to serve and love.  This team is led by faith and our belief in the value of our daily lives.  This is not work, it is family and everyone we serve is too.  We have fun, in everything we do.  We challenge each other to not do it if it is not fun.  Most people don't work normal hours and are not accountable to standard metrics.  Our metrics are simple and tied to our core values and our eight major processes.

Company sales grow year over year and most of the profit is either distributed back to the team in bonus, retained for a war chest or reinvested back into the company to grow the tribe of leaders who share the good news.
