Marc has been working professionally as a Business Coach since 2013, and launched the Balanced Leadership Center in 2017. Marc has coached and mentored many Business Owners, leaders, employees and student athletes in his 20,000+ hours of coaching. He brings the fundamentals to everyday activities in and out of the office. He enjoys living a balanced life of purpose, work and recovery. When not coaching, he is probably, relaxing with his family, sailing, drumming, or photographing life’s memories.

With extensive leadership experience in manufacturing, Pat joined Balanced Leadership Center as a Coach near the start of 2025. Bringing humor, understanding, and approachability to his work, Pat meets everyone where they’re at to achieve their goals and get clarity of their direction. Pat’s favorite part of working at Balanced Leadership Center is the variety of businesses, leaders and challenges he is presented with to allow him to share his wisdom and continue to grow. Outside of Coaching at Balanced Leadership Center, he loves spending time with his family, motorcycling and is a leader in Bible Study Fellowship.

Coach - Ray Befus

After spending much of his career in organizational leadership, Ray sought out the support of an executive coach to help guide his own professional transition. Ray discovered first-hand that working with a coach can be transformational! After two years of intensive training, traveling, and mentoring with his own coach, Ray, joined the International Coaching Federation and established his own executive coaching enterprise. That was ten years ago.Together with the team at Balanced Leadership Center, Ray brings a passion to support your success with experienced coaching that combines unexpected respect and kindness with uncommon directness. Ray is a team player, heartily embracing Balanced Leadership Center’s vision and values. He’s eager to see you and your team make the journey from surviving to thriving. When he’s not coaching professionals, Ray enjoys bicycling, playing guitar, traveling with his wife of 50 years, and coaching fourteen grandchildren.

Tiffany brings extensive experience in business processes, business brokerage, office administration, legal, accounting, and parenting to the BLC team. Her ability to help people by reading their energy, understanding their goals and comfortable communication allows her to keep the BLC ship driving forward. The many hats she wears to keep us all on track and accountable ensures the best customer experience and consistency we can offer. When not wrangling Coaches, Tiffany loves her home and family. She’s a wonderful cook, solver of puzzles and all around Santa Clause to so many who appreciate her unique ability to know each of us individually.
